•Proven track record of exceeding sales targets while managing payroll and expenses.
•Experience in flagship or high-traffic locations and understanding the challenges of a high-profile store.
•Strong ability to identify, develop, and retain top-performing team members.
•Proficiency in MS Office and other essential tools, with strong communication and operational organization skills.
