  • •Partner with the Store Roster and Area Manager to drive store sales, operations, and team performance.
  • •Spend 85% of your time on the sales floor to engage customers and coach your team.
  • •Assist in recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing team aligned to PUMA’s brand values.
  • •Ensure customer interactions meet PUMA’s world-class service standards.
  • •Help manage inventory, loss prevention, compliance, and support marketing initiatives and brand presentation.

Key Requirements

  • •2–4 years of management experience in a customer-focused retail environment, ideally in apparel or footwear.
  • •Proven track record of exceeding sales targets while managing payroll and expenses.
  • •Experience in flagship or high-traffic locations and understanding the challenges of a high-profile store.
