•Demonstrate excellent knowledge of products as well as Prada history, culture and DNA.
•Capture customer data into the CRM to connect with the client, maintain relationships, and develop future opportunities.

•Experience in building a long-lasting relationship with clients.
•Being able to work in a team as well as alone.
