Develop accurate cost estimates by reviewing plans and specifications for HVAC-related projects. Coordinate the selection and pricing of equipment, integrating equipment, controls, and services while validating submittals and proposal components. Work closely with customers, account managers, project managers, technicians, and suppliers to support bidding, schedule fulfillment, and facility-related solutions. Provide estimating support to the equipment sales team in a high-paced environment.

•Review plans and specifications and develop cost estimates ensuring accuracy of quantity, size, configuration, voltage, options, and related construction activities.
•Provide knowledge and consultation by developing facility-related solutions for customer problems.
•Determine project needs, constraints, and responsibilities to support customer HVAC system design and installation requirements.
•Develop, evaluate, and discuss possible solutions with account managers, project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and/or customers.
•Coordinate equipment, controls, and services selection and pricing, and prepare, finalize, and review proposals and equipment submittals.

•Strong communication skills and a proactive approach, with willingness to work independently and as part of a team.
•Proven ability to prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines in a high-paced environment with attention to detail.
•Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and ability to obtain/maintain a valid driver’s license (minimum of 12 months) with acceptable driving record.
