Job Summary

Complete a 4–8 week onboarding and education program with rotations in operations and Sales & Service, then become a Retail Personal Banker I focused on consultative, needs-based selling. Build customer profiles, recommend retail consumer and small business solutions, and use CAMP and approved marketing tools to set financial review appointments. Cross-sell, partner with business groups, process teller transactions, and support financial center production and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

•Use a consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
•Maintain product/service knowledge for retail consumer and small business offerings and recommend solutions aligned with the value proposition.
•Utilize CAMP and approved marketing tools to reach out to customers and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
•Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities, including community financial literacy and business sales calls as directed.
•Process teller transactions, own loan activity from application through closing, and support financial center or bank mart opening/closing as directed.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience with transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
•Experience in the financial industry is preferred.
•Ability to use sales activities to acquire new consumer household and small business customers and/or cross-sell to existing customers.
•Must demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions to analyze credit and financial information.
•Must be able to obtain S.A.F.E. Act registration through NMLS at the time of employment.
