Key Responsibilities

  • •Decompose Private Banking & Wealth Solutions ASP demand into an actionable delivery backlog and coherent delivery plans.
  • •Partner with Product/Business Owners to clarify outcomes, scope, hypotheses, acceptance criteria, and key controls.
  • •Break work into increments (MVP to iterations), ensuring ownership, sequencing, and readiness (dependencies, risks, approach, environments/access).
  • •Own the RAID log and proactively manage cross-team/cross-platform dependencies, risks, issues, and assumptions with disciplined escalation and closure.
  • •Plan and run delivery governance forums, manage capacity/forecasting, and provide reporting on progress, risks, dependencies, benefits, and delivery health metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •Lead agile/lean delivery in a regulated financial services environment (Scrum, Kanban, flow) with pragmatic governance.
  • •Manage backlog flow, prioritisation, and investment support (including WSJF or equivalent).
  • •Own and manage RAID (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies) across multiple teams and locations, orchestrating dependencies and escalation.
  • •Engage senior stakeholders to drive predictable delivery, negotiate priorities, and communicate clearly.
  • •Demonstrate familiarity with change governance, release management, and operational readiness/resilience controls.
