•Develop robust firmware for microcontrollers, create reusable device drivers, and architect system-level features to support product functionality.
•Provide mentorship to junior engineers and elevate the TRS Firmware team capabilities.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with Electrical, Software, and Product Design teams from prototype design to customer deployment.
•Identify opportunities for improvement at team and program levels and deliver solutions.
•Coordinate new-hardware bring-up and troubleshoot issues spanning electrical, firmware, and software boundaries.

Salary: USD 191,000 - 253,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience developing software/firmware for embedded systems.
•MS in CS/CE/EE or equivalent industry experience.

•Outstanding C coding ability and deep familiarity with the language standard.
