Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with product and business teams to understand GenAI challenges and align data science initiatives with organizational objectives.
  • •Define key performance metrics that reflect end-user value delivered by GenAI solutions.
  • •Design and experiment with intelligent systems using expertise in machine learning, statistics, and advanced mathematics.
  • •Develop systems to process large volumes of data, including proficiency with distributed programming frameworks like Hadoop and Spark.
  • •Own end-to-end ML pipelines, including data pre-processing, model generation, cross-validation, and feedback sharing.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field, with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
  • •Strong problem-solving and programming skills with deep understanding of ML mathematical foundations (probability, statistics, linear algebra, calculus, optimization).
  • •Proven track record deploying ML projects in production systems with substantial individual contributions.
  • •Experience with NLP using prompt engineering, LLMs, transformers, and knowledge graphs (highly advantageous).
  • •Proficiency in time series analysis, NLP, distributed systems, large-scale computing, and big data technologies such as Spark; plus SQL and NoSQL database/schema design.
