Lead the end-to-end Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) technology architecture, defining and evolving the multi-year EPM roadmap across planning, forecasting, close, consolidation, reporting, and analytics. Serve as technical authority for Oracle EPM Cloud capabilities and ensure scalable, secure integrations using OIC, APIs, and automation. Own EPM architecture governance, data controls (SOX/audit/security), and provide executive escalation support across enterprise finance transformation programs.

•Define and own a multi-year EPM technology roadmap aligned with enterprise finance and business strategy.
•Establish and govern enterprise-wide EPM architecture standards, principles, and reference architectures across modules and regions.
•Provide executive oversight for Oracle EPM Cloud platform strategy and integrations with upstream/downstream enterprise systems.
•Ensure EPM solutions meet SOX, audit, regulatory, and security requirements; sponsor data governance, metadata management, and lineage.
•Provide architectural leadership across large-scale finance transformation and serve as executive escalation for critical architectural, data, and delivery risks.

Key Requirements

•12+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree, or at least 9 years with an advanced degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD), or 6 years with a PhD, or 15+ years of relevant work experience.
•15+ years of experience in finance technology, EPM platforms, or enterprise architecture roles.
•Experience translating complex business planning requirements into scalable application designs, including calculation logic, security, workflows, integrations, and reporting.
•Strong knowledge of Oracle EPM design patterns, leading practices, and performance optimization techniques.
•Experience with future-state planning roadmaps and phased implementation and modernization plans (including AI/predictive planning/advanced analytics, plus consulting/integrator experience).
