  • •Deliver engineering solutions across global data center and hybrid environments to meet business needs.
  • •Design, build, and maintain compute, storage, replication, and business recovery for secure, stable, scalable operations.
  • •Conduct audits, assessments, and produce technical documentation.
  • •Support global teams with incidents, operational escalations, and continuous improvement efforts.
  • •Partner with Finance and engineering teams to support FinOps practices and participate in global on-call rotations.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of hands-on infrastructure engineering and operations with a global environment.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related STEM field—or equivalent experience.
  • •Strong hands-on experience with VMware, Windows Server OS, Red Hat Linux, and storage/backup technologies such as Commvault, Dell, Pure, and Qumulo.
  • •Experience with ITSM/ITIL, including familiarity with Jira Service Manager (plus).
  • •Comfort with automation tools such as GitHub Actions, Ansible, and PowerShell.
