Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Write production code as a core contributor, not as a manager who rarely codes.
  • •Own significant parts of the ERP system end to end, including core modules, transactional foundation, regulatory compliance, and integration surfaces.
  • •Make architectural calls for the platform’s long-term survival and be accountable for them.
  • •Set the engineering bar through code review standards and testing discipline, including how/when to use AI tooling.
  • •Own hiring and grow the current engineers toward independence while introducing process when needed.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of engineering experience, with time spent leading as an EM, tech lead, or founding engineer.
  • •Currently hands-on: coding regularly in your present role.
  • •Experience building ERP or accounting systems, including double-entry, period close, and ledger concepts.
  • •Strong full-stack capability from database/schema to user-facing screens.
  • •Built something from zero in a small team with unclear requirements and short cycles, with AI-native working judgment.
