Key Responsibilities

•Proactively seek renewal and new account opportunities and qualify accounts to align with the organization’s appetite and business opportunities.
•Conduct detailed opportunity assessments with key distributors to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
•Negotiate terms and conditions, close deals, and cross-sell other lines of business to increase product density within accounts.
•Develop and maintain strong broker and client networks, serving as the key contact for assigned target accounts.
•Measure exposure, analyze risk, and accurately calculate target prices using appropriate underwriting tools.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in insurance, finance, law or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., ACII, CPCU) preferred.
•3 to 7 years of underwriting experience in financial lines and cyber, with a proven track record of success and good personal reputation in the market.
•Proficiency in using underwriting tools and software, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
•Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and internal stakeholders.
•Experience in Singapore and SEA risk.
