  • •Take ownership of assigned shifts, including warehouse and kitchen processes, safety/cleanliness, quality, and training.
  • •Maintain accountability for inventory, equipment, and other assets to prevent loss or theft.
  • •Guide Operations Associates through shifts, ensuring safety and productivity and acting as the point of escalation for daily operations.
  • •Lead by example in both warehouse and kitchen tasks, fostering a positive, respectful, and safe environment for customers and team members.
  • •Suggest and contribute ideas to improve quality and customer experience.
