Key Responsibilities

•Provide strategic direction and operate as the primary HR architect for corporate offices in Dubai and Geneva and remote teams in Germany and the UK.
•Lead end-to-end employee lifecycle activities from recruitment and onboarding through development, rewards, and employer brand alignment.
•Build structured, scalable workforce and talent development frameworks and advise teams on organizational design.
•Direct and mentor the HR Operations team (3 members) to deliver streamlined, accurate, high-quality HR operations.
•Own the annual People Review and the end-to-end performance management cycle, including succession planning and talent development.

Key Requirements

•12+ years as an HR Director in a multinational, complex corporate environment with a strong client focus.
•Proven ability to manage multi-location and remote workforces across international corporate offices.
•Strong background across full-cycle recruitment, performance management, talent development, and HR operations.
•Ability to design and execute global people review and performance management cycles across the group.
•Knowledge of UAE and/or Swiss labor regulations is highly desirable.
