  • •Own and execute the global network and connectivity strategy across LAN, WAN, wireless, voice, cloud networking, and third-party integrations.
  • •Drive target-state architecture and modernization initiatives aligned to cloud, co-location, and data center exit strategies.
  • •Ensure network reliability, availability, performance, resilience, and recoverability globally; manage incident analysis, root cause, and durable corrective actions.
  • •Lead adoption of automation, tooling, and telemetry to reduce manual effort and improve reliability; champion continuous improvement in network operations.
  • •Lead and develop an organization of managers and technical specialists; manage capacity planning, recruiting, performance management, succession planning, and vendor/stakeholder relationships.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of progressive leadership experience modernizing and operating large-scale enterprise network infrastructure.
  • •Proven success leading complex global network initiatives (e.g., data center migrations, cloud migration, infrastructure modernization, always-on infrastructure).
  • •Proven ability to define, communicate, and execute multi-year network platform and modernization strategies.
  • •Deep expertise transforming LAN, WAN, MPLS, Metropolitan Ethernet, wireless, and voice networks in highly regulated financial services/trading environments preferred.
  • •Experience leading enterprise-scale network security modernization (zero trust enablement, network segmentation, colo and cloud security transformation) and deploying/supporting cloud platforms at scale (AWS preferred).
