Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct in-process inspections and final product verification for compliance with quality standards and technical requirements.
  • •Identify, label, record, and track non-conforming products; support measurement, analysis, and resolution activities with quality engineers.
  • •Collect, verify, and archive inspection records; prepare shipment documentation such as certificates of conformity and product certificates.
  • •Inspect returned products, monitor repair processes, and perform outgoing quality checks.
  • •Support customer complaint investigations and root cause analysis; drive and track corrective and preventive actions on the shop floor.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated experience in quality inspection within a manufacturing environment.
  • •Proficiency reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
  • •Hands-on experience using common measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges).
  • •Ability to document, analyze, and track quality-related data accurately.
  • •Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO standards) and strong attention to detail.
