Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into functional and technical designs.
  • •Provide functional support for PeopleSoft modules such as HCM (Core HR, ESS, MSS, Absence Management, ELM).
  • •Conduct fit-gap and impact analysis and produce functional design documents, business requirement documents, and functional specifications.
  • •Develop and work on PeopleSoft applications using PeopleCode/PeopleTools, Application Engine, Component Interfaces, and Integration Broker.
  • •Support UAT, resolve defects, analyze production issues, and use compare reports to migrate projects between source and target environments.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of hands-on PeopleSoft techno-functional experience, including at least one full-cycle PeopleSoft/PeopleTools upgrade support project.
  • •Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft/PeopleTools architecture and experience in PeopleSoft/PeopleTools upgrade support and production support environments.
  • •Proficiency in PeopleCode, SQR, Application Engine, Component Interface, Integration Broker (REST/SOAP APIs), and web services.
  • •Experience translating business requirements into functional and technical designs, including fit-gap and impact analysis.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
