•Educate clients on digital self-service solutions including ATMs, Online, and Mobile banking to improve the service experience.
•Support the team sales process through outbound calls, checking for client offers, and identifying client needs or opportunities through referrals.
•Apply Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) principles to deliver tailored Truist expertise and solutions for client needs.
•Adhere to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies while serving as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
