Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead dealership Service and Parts operations to achieve revenue, gross profit, and customer satisfaction targets.
  • •Review performance using KPIs and implement action plans; improve customer experience, speed of service, and first-time fix rate.
  • •Oversee facility maintenance and compliance with brand/OEM image standards, managing facilities vendors and preventive maintenance.
  • •Serve as primary liaison with OEM representatives, aligning on warranty policies, recall processes, and facility inspection/audit resolutions.
  • •Recruit, hire, retain, and mentor service/parts leaders and associates; run training, certification, and performance review processes and drive Lean/Kaizen initiatives.
