Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and implement Alfa Laval growth strategy for Pharma and Biotech segments in Latin America.
  • •Identify, develop, and convert strategic opportunities with key regional pharmaceutical manufacturers, biotech companies, CDMOs, EPCs, integrators, and partners.
  • •Own regional opportunity pipeline generation and management to ensure forecastable and sustainable business growth.
  • •Monitor market trends, competitor moves, regulatory requirements, and new technologies impacting the industry.
  • •Support technology specification and qualification for Alfa Laval solutions in greenfield, expansions, retrofits, and industrial plant modernizations.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduation in Engineering, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or related fields.
  • •Relevant experience in Pharma, Biotech, or Life Sciences.
  • •Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical and biotech industry and its production processes.
  • •Understanding of GMP, validation, regulatory requirements, and sector trends.
  • •Fluent English and advanced Spanish, with availability for frequent travel across Latin America.
