Key Responsibilities

  • •Represent corporate policyholders in complex insurance coverage litigation, arbitrations, and other dispute resolution proceedings for first- and third-party coverages.
  • •Advise clients on insurance recovery strategy and a broad range of coverage issues.
  • •Analyze and interpret complex commercial insurance policies, endorsements, exclusions, and coverage provisions.
  • •Draft coverage analyses, pleadings, motions, briefs, and substantive legal memoranda.
  • •Support all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, and hearing or trial preparation.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 4 years of relevant experience in insurance recovery, insurance coverage litigation, or policyholder-side coverage counseling.
  • •Demonstrated experience representing policyholders and counseling clients on insurance recovery.
  • •Excellent legal research, analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
  • •Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
  • •Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school; admission to the applicable state bar in good standing (or ability to obtain admission promptly).
