Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain a global view of infrastructure capacity across on-premises and cloud environments, tracking utilization and demand trends to identify risks, opportunities, and gaps.
  • •Create rolling 3-, 6-, 12-, and 24-month capacity forecasts using demand signals, utilization trends, technology roadmaps, and lifecycle plans.
  • •Conduct scenario modeling and digital infrastructure planning to evaluate impacts of growth, technology transitions, supply constraints, cloud adoption, resiliency needs, and AI workload demand.
  • •Establish capacity planning processes, standards, and governance, including buffer and allocation methodologies, and maintain accurate records for planning and audit needs.
  • •Build executive dashboards and reporting to support investment decisions and collaborate across TE&I, Manufacturing, SMAI, TPG/EDA, Finance, Procurement, and Corporate IT.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • •5+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, cloud operations, data center operations, capacity planning, or technology lifecycle management.
  • •Experience supporting enterprise infrastructure environments across compute, storage, networking, cloud, and data center technologies.
  • •Strong analytical, forecasting, reporting, automation, operational planning, and problem-solving skills, including presenting recommendations to executives.
  • •Ability to employ AI-powered tools and data analytics to improve outcomes while collaborating across technical and business teams.
