Key Responsibilities

•Own design for key Truework product areas across borrower, lender, and internal operational experiences from discovery through launch and iteration.
•Partner with Product and Engineering to define problems, shape roadmaps, and deliver solutions aligned to user needs and business outcomes.
•Simplify complex workflows such as verification requests, document collection, consent/authorization, status visibility, and exception handling into clear experiences.
•Prototype and validate quickly using AI-assisted design and development tools; implement lightweight UI changes in code when appropriate.
•Create interaction and visual design across responsive web and/or platform surfaces, producing clear specs and assets for engineering.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 169,000 - 199,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5–8+ years of product design experience (or equivalent) with a strong track record of shipping high-quality work.

•Comfort working in complex domains with important edge cases, distilling complexity into simple, usable flows.
•Strong product instincts to balance user needs, business goals, technical constraints, and timeline realities.
•Ability to plan and execute lightweight research (interviews, usability testing, concept validation) and collaborate with researchers when available.
