Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer CTR quality reviews to ensure required regulatory information is accurate and complete prior to filing.
  • •Perform the daily CTR filing queue and validate CTR filings against data in the BSA E-Filing system to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • •Oversee CTR production and CTR quality teams of a third-party performer and coordinate operational oversight of the daily CTR process.
  • •Manage CTR exemption quality reviews (initial/annual), maintain the CTR Exemption List, and provide audit/exam support.
  • •Provide production statistics and exception trends to AML Risk Manager/BSA Officer leadership; correspond with FinCEN on backfiling and support required corrective actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience in BSA/AML-related roles, including at least 3 years of CTR experience.
  • •2 years of experience in an oversight role overseeing quality processes or performers.
  • •Experience and knowledge of BSA/AML regulatory and program requirements, including Currency Transaction Reporting and CTR Exemptions.
  • •AML certification (CAMS, CAFP) or similar certification is preferred.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Business, or related field is preferred.
