Job Summary

Oversee daily operations for a Cloud Kitchen facility, including facility maintenance, order fulfillment, sanitation compliance, and vendor coordination. Lead and train the facility team and manage a janitorial team while driving an excellent partner and customer experience. Lead facility tours and sales pitches, quarterback onboarding for new restaurant partners, monitor KPI metrics, and manage/report the facility P&L to support profitability.

•Lead facility tours and sales pitches; develop relationships with restaurants to onboard partners and identify value-added opportunities.
•Serve as primary point of contact for restaurant partners, quarterback onboarding (permits, online delivery platform setup, launch planning), and prevent churn by managing partner experience and KPIs; manage/report facility P&L.
