Job Summary

Deliver managed M365 and infrastructure services for clients by proactively identifying and resolving cloud incidents and problems. Configure, install, test, and manage client environments; monitor systems, respond to alerts, and investigate third-line support calls to find root causes. Provide on-site technical support, collaborate with vendors, review incidents and service requests monthly to improve quality, and support automation and disaster recovery testing.

Key Responsibilities

•Proactively identify and resolve cloud-based incidents and problems to minimize disruptions and maximize efficiency.
•Configure, install, test, and manage client infrastructure to keep systems operational.
•Conduct checks, use monitoring tools, respond to alerts, and ensure issues are logged promptly.
•Investigate third-line support calls, identify root causes, provide on-site technical support, and collaborate with third-party vendors.
•Review monthly incident/service trends, recommend improvements, and support optimization through automation and disaster recovery testing.

Key Requirements

•Extensive experience working in a medium to large ICT organization in an engineering function.
•Proven managed services experience with strong knowledge of ITIL processes.
•Proficiency managing platforms including Windows Server Administration, Linux Server Administration, virtualization, server hardware, and storage administration.
•Experience working with vendors and/or third parties collaboratively.
•Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/Computing or equivalent work experience.
