Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive business development, oversee engagement delivery and lead practice development for the defence sector.
  • •Oversee multiple delivery teams across various delivery models and engagement scopes; manage client interactions with senior stakeholders including C-suite.
  • •Flag key delivery choices, risks and commercial constraints by coordinating inputs from peers and technical experts.
  • •Architect analytical workstreams and guide engagement teams; provide quality assurance over scope, analyses and insights; oversee deliverable production.
  • •Drive practice development through performance appraisals, FP&A, operational performance improvement, thought leadership and IP generation; proactively coach and mentor staff.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven track record in a seller-doer role in a management consulting firm.
  • •10+ years of management consulting and/or related industry experience.
  • •Bachelor's degree.
  • •Deep understanding of the defence sector with an exceptional network; track record of work winning with MOD or OEM clients.
  • •Exceptional interpersonal skills, client-service mindset and ability to act as a trusted adviser to clients.
