•Drive the design and creation of golf footwear collections aligned to seasonal concepts, brand vision, consumer needs, and cultural leadership.
•Conduct trend, consumer, and business analysis to inform design strategies and ensure global market relevance.
•Develop innovative concepts, sketches, CAD files, and design specifications that balance premium product with technical feasibility.
•Collaborate on color, materials, finishes, and CMF development, and partner with Footwear Development across prototyping through bulk commercialization.
•Own end-to-end design ownership, create capsule collection storytelling, support sustainable design practices, and align stakeholders across cross-functional partners.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Footwear Design, Industrial Design, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
•3 to 5 years of practical experience in a footwear design environment or equivalent relevant experience.
•Strong knowledge of footwear design and industrial design/product creation disciplines.
•Ability to translate consumer insights, trend research, and brand vision into innovative and premium footwear concepts.
•Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and relevant design technologies, including 3D modeling, AI tools, PLM systems, and Microsoft 365.
