Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and oversee the compliance monitoring strategy and execution for EU-based Tied Agents (calls, emails, tickets) in alignment with internal policies and regulatory standards.
  • •Own and maintain compliance policies and procedures related to AML, monitoring, and communication standards; adapt group requirements across jurisdictions.
  • •Coordinate annual regulatory audits under European NCAs and supervise compliance functions across Tied Agents.
  • •Oversee monthly/annual compliance monitoring reports, identify trends, and coordinate remediation and root-cause analysis.
  • •Liaise with internal audit, risk, and legal teams; drive training initiatives in AML and regulatory conduct and foster a culture of transparency and ethics.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Law, Compliance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • •Minimum 3 years in a senior compliance, audit, or regulatory role (financial sector preferred)
  • •Proven experience in managing multi-jurisdictional or cross-office teams
  • •Strong knowledge of EU regulatory frameworks, AML/CTF practices, and conduct regulations
  • •Fluent in English (additional EU languages are a plus)
