Key Responsibilities

  • •Liaise with senior leaders across Investments and enterprise functions, maintaining trust-based relationships and surfacing issues quickly.
  • •Drive cross-functional alignment by participating in initiatives and steering committees and influencing without authority.
  • •Shape leadership meeting agendas and prepare concise, decision-oriented briefings for the Co-Heads.
  • •Serve as a quality control checkpoint for presentations, strategy updates, and executive communications before senior forums.
  • •Manage the Co-Heads’ time and focus in partnership with executive assistants, including calendar prioritization, pre-reads, and coordination of internal and external events.

  • •Demonstrated credibility to represent senior leadership immediately, with a strong understanding of the Investments business and operating model.

  • •Experience with strategy development, executive presentations, and/or client engagement.
