Job Summary

Act as a strategic partner and quality gate to the Co-Heads of Global Investments, aligning priorities and ensuring materials and messaging are ready for senior audiences. Build trusted stakeholder relationships across Investments and enterprise functions, influence cross-functionally without authority, and prepare concise, decision-oriented briefings. In partnership with executive assistants, manage leadership meetings, pre-reads, and high-impact calendar and travel engagements while elevating executive engagement and decision quality.

Key Responsibilities

•Liaise with senior leaders across Investments and enterprise functions, maintaining trust-based relationships and surfacing issues quickly.
•Drive cross-functional alignment by participating in initiatives and steering committees and influencing without authority.
•Shape leadership meeting agendas and prepare concise, decision-oriented briefings for the Co-Heads.
•Serve as a quality control checkpoint for presentations, strategy updates, and executive communications before senior forums.
•Manage the Co-Heads’ time and focus in partnership with executive assistants, including calendar prioritization, pre-reads, and coordination of internal and external events.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 225,000 - 325,000 annually

•Proven ability to navigate and influence across multiple groups quickly and effectively (including without direct authority).

•Experience with strategy development, executive presentations, and/or client engagement.
•Flexibility and high availability, including consistent in-office presence and support during intensive periods (including nights/weekends when needed).
