•Own two interconnected high-impact areas: the AI Assistant and the route-by-route activation strategy, aligning insights from conversations with core product improvements.
•Shape Wise’s conversational AI banking future from contextual helper to agentic concierge, defining the path from chat to conversational transfer setup.
•Build scalable systems and frameworks enabling regional teams to win their own routes independently.
•Drive customer activation through data, design and experimentation, using funnels, AI-generated insights, benchmarks and A/B testing.
•Collaborate across Platform, regional teams, compliance, engineering and vendors to advance AI capabilities and ship exceptional products.
