Key Requirements

  • •Mechanical equipment design and development experience, preferably in defense/military environments.
  • •Proven leadership of engineering teams with accountability for cost, schedule, and technical performance, including project budgeting and scheduling.
  • •Experience collaborating within Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and cross-functional organizations, including customer engagement.
  • •Hands-on mechanical design experience from trade studies and concept development through production transition and supplier support.
