Algorithm Engineer

Develop and mature onboard mission planning, multi-platform coordination, and decision-making algorithms for an all-electric VTOL aircraft. Design path and motion planning for single- and multi-agent systems, build optimization approaches for operation under uncertainty, and integrate algorithms into the onboard software stack. Validate behavior via simulation and field testing, and collaborate with perception, navigation, and integration teams to deploy robust multi-agent systems.
