Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee multiple reconditioning lines and plan production for a full working shift within the Inspection & Reconditioning Center.
  • •Fully manage facilities to meet or exceed targets in production, cost, and quality when the General Manager is not onsite.
  • •Identify bottlenecks affecting throughput and efficiency, conduct root cause analysis, and execute action plans with site leadership.
  • •Conduct weekly site performance reviews and guide daily site manager huddles to set priorities and tone.
  • •Support continuous improvement initiatives and develop Reconditioning Lead and Manager populations with competency-based feedback.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of management experience in an automotive or lean manufacturing environment.
  • •Experience leading a team of 50+ associates and developing employees.
  • •Proven ability to solve urgent operational challenges using root cause analysis.
  • •Must be open to relocation (ideally nationwide) and work variable schedules as necessary.
  • •Valid unrestricted driver’s license with a clean record in the last 3 years, and ability to perform required physical tasks (lifting up to 60 pounds, extended standing).
