Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise corporate ledgers for the zone and act as point of contact for ledger matters.
  • •Handle reporting for countries in scope and ensure statutory compliance, including statistical reporting to government and banks.
  • •Serve as first point of escalation for matters such as eInvoicing, SAFT, tax inquiries, and other special projects.
  • •Maintain control environment and ensure adherence to Eaton policies, US GAAP, SOX, and local statutory/tax compliance.
  • •Support strategic projects and process improvements, including month-end closing, reconciliations, and audits.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of relevant accounting and finance experience, ideally in a multinational SSC/manufacturing environment.
  • •Degree in Accounting/Finance; a professional master’s qualification (e.g., ACCA) is preferred.
  • •Exposure to Sarbanes-Oxley and US GAAP and knowledge of local GAAP desirable.
  • •Advanced Excel skills and ERP knowledge (SAP, Oracle).
  • •Fluent business English and strong ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and drive continuous improvement.
