Supervisor I

Lead a customer-first, high-energy sales environment by supervising the sales floor and supporting store leadership. Drive personal sales while coaching the team to achieve sales and KPI targets, build client relationships, and model exceptional service behaviors. Manage opening/closing procedures, POS and inventory processes, and stockroom organization. Promote omni-channel and live-stream shopping, support digital engagement and customer data capture, and hire, onboard, and develop team members.
