Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and be accountable for quality and reliability for AMD datacenter CPU products from concept to end of life.
  • •Drive cross-functional NPI quality and reliability activities across design, platform, operations, customer system bring-up, and manufacturing.
  • •Influence fab and OSAT suppliers to meet product quality requirements, including NUDD for future technologies.
  • •Define and manage product reliability qualification requirements and activities, and measure/improve outgoing quality via end-of-life.
  • •Maintain robust quality processes and quality management systems; coordinate with product/test engineering for test gap debug and coverage solutions; interface between customer quality engineering and internal NPI team.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 135,450 - 232,200 annually

  • •Experience in structured problem solving and strong communication with core team stakeholders.
  • •Highly organized ability to prioritize and manage multiple work streams against tight deadlines.
  • •Ability to network, build relationships, and drive effective decision-making across functions and organizational levels.
  • •Experience in product quality, reliability, or product engineering—preferably in semiconductor industry with fab, bump, assembly, and test exposure.
