Key Responsibilities

  • •Assemble regulator units and components by following detailed procedures, including control box assembly, cable connections, and palletizing.
  • •Perform inspections and tests, sign off on relevant checklists, and verify calibration/tool retrieval where applicable.
  • •Handle painting and touch-up steps (stencils, grease/paint preparation, flushing) and transport units to inspection or paint areas.
  • •Operate overhead cranes and hoisting equipment safely for moving materials, components, and finished products.
  • •Adhere to safety protocols and housekeeping practices (5S+), maintain target production rates, and participate in continuous improvement problem-solving.

Key Requirements

  • •Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of the Nacogdoches, TX facility will be considered (active-duty military exempt).
