Job Summary

Handle daily teller transactions for the branch, including deposits, loan payments, check cashing, savings withdrawals, cashier’s checks, and savings bond redemptions. •Process daily teller transactions including deposits, loan payments, check cashing, savings withdrawals, cashier’s checks, and savings bond redemptions.
•Answer clients’ questions in person and over the telephone and complete special client requests (e.g., closing accounts, ordering checks, exchanging foreign currency, safe-deposit box procedures).
•Identify basic cross-sell and referral opportunities and direct clients to a banker.
•Utilize 360View to record activities, incidents, and referrals to business partners and other lines of business.
•Reconcile the cash drawer and comply with bank operations and security procedures, including dual-control functions and maintaining required surveys/audits.
