Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and facilitate OPTN committees, including subcommittees, workgroups, and ad hoc groups, supporting membership, patient safety, and policy development.
  • •Oversee committee meeting scheduling and facilitation by creating agendas, preparing support materials, and leading discussions for timely, collaborative decisions.
  • •Implement meeting and management plans covering secure, compliant virtual meetings, documentation (recordings, minutes, summaries), and committee activity tracking.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Public Policy, Health Administration, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • •At least 5+ years of experience in committee coordination, project management, or policy development.
  • •Experience in healthcare, compliance, regulatory, and/or nonprofit environments with meeting facilitation and multi-stakeholder engagement.
  • •Strong ability to lead virtual committee meetings, guide collaborative decision-making, and manage cross-functional initiatives.
