Senior Legal Counsel

Provide high-quality, commercially focused employment law advice to the Partnership as part of the in-house Legal Team, reporting to the Head of Legal, Employment. Advise on a broad range of matters including restructurings, TUPE transfers, settlement agreements, and legislative changes, while working with diverse stakeholders. Manage and coordinate legal support efficiently, including outsourcing/escalation decisions and maintaining consistent team processes, with input into risk and budget reporting.
