Job Summary

Manage and grow a portfolio of Premier/HNW customers in a customer-facing role. Acquire, cross-sell, and retain Premier clients by performing full portfolio reviews, identifying financial needs, and recommending wealth reviews to advisers. Serve as a trusted adviser for customers upgrading to Premier, identify cross-selling opportunities, and drive growth against IWPB plan/metrics while meeting service quality standards and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage highest value Premier customers and provide professional, customer-focused service with a strong understanding of financial planning fundamentals.
•Acquire, cross-sell, and retain a portfolio of Premier customers to meet IWPB business performance measures and plan.
•Perform full reviews of Premier customer portfolios to establish and address immediate and future financial requirements.
•Upgrade new-to-HSBC customers and existing customers to Premier, becoming the trusted adviser for the portfolio.
•Maximize growth and identify wealth review opportunities, referring them to appropriate wealth advisers while maintaining service quality standards and compliance.

Key Requirements

•A recognized tertiary Diploma / Degree qualification.
•Minimum five (5) years of progressive financial services and/or retail sales experience.
•Proven strong sales results in insurance and investment products.
•Relationship management experience with high net worth clients, with strong technical skills in wealth management.
•Hold required licenses/certifications (CFP, PCE Life & Insurance, FIMM Unit Trust, Malaysian Takaful Association License, and IPPC).
