Job Summary

Plan and support materials planning and SIOP strategies to optimize business resources and meet customer delivery expectations. Contribute to demand indicators and demand stream identification, supporting demand forecasting with product development, sales, and marketing. Assist with capacity and monthly production volume planning using business forecasts, inventory position, actual orders, and capacity parameters. Track metrics, drive continuous improvement, and help develop processes to improve supply capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop strategies for materials planning and SIOP.
•Support standardized processes in materials planning and SIOP to optimize resource utilization and delivery performance.
•Develop indicators for short- and long-term market trends and demand; identify demand streams and link relevant data relationships.
•Assist with capacity and fulfillment planning with plant manufacturing operations, including monthly production volume planning using forecast, inventory, customer orders, and capacity parameters.
•Track metrics to drive results and continuous improvement; help develop technologies, processes, and plans to improve supply capabilities.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s/College degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Studies/Administration/Management, or equivalent.
•Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
•Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
•Strong understanding of ERP systems (E1, JDE, or SAP).
•Strong written and verbal communication and reasoning skills; no disciplinary case within the past year.
