•Clarifying customer complaints
•Checking the ability to deliver, possibly offering alternative solutions and telephone product advice
•Build relationships with business partners and customers to ensure accurate results

Key Requirements

•C1 level of French
•Communicative level of English
•Knowledge of Dutch (Flemish) would be an advantage
•Relevant work experience in customer service
•Experience with SAP or other ERP system
