Job Summary

Lead and grow WSP’s commercial management capability for Irish rail, transport, and infrastructure programmes. You’ll provide senior commercial leadership across bids and live projects, including contract administration, procurement support, cost/claims assurance, and commercial governance. Partner with PMCM and Transport leadership across Ireland and the wider UK business, build client relationships, mentor a commercial team, and help position WSP as a trusted commercial partner to public and private sector clients.

Key Responsibilities

•Establish and lead WSP’s commercial management capability within the Ireland business.
•Develop and implement a growth strategy aligned with PMCM and Transport sector ambitions.
•Recruit, mentor and develop commercial management professionals to build a high-performing team.
•Provide senior commercial leadership across bids, projects, and client commissions, including contract administration and cost/claims assurance.
•Provide expert advice on standard forms of contract (including NEC and FIDIC) and support resolution of commercial issues and disputes.
