Key Responsibilities

  • •Review, evaluate, and approve specifications and manage procurement activities through RFQ/RFP processes, including RFPs.
  • •Lead contract negotiation and ongoing supplier oversight to maintain cost-effective, well-managed supplier relationships; negotiate pricing, quality, and delivery.
  • •Develop strategic multi-location contracts and pricing agreements where possible and maintain supplier/product/item and inventory & pricing databases.
  • •Review and approve purchase order placement across locations using centralized tools and onsite presence to ensure accuracy, delivery, and pricing.
  • •Provide policy/procedure development and strategic reporting on inventory and costing performance to global and property directors/GMs, including support for menu costing exercises.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years’ experience in the F&B, hotel/hospitality sector in progressive purchasing roles.
  • •Experience managing large, multi-unit purchasing operations.
  • •Proven budget and expense management with a track record of operating at or reducing targeted expenses.
  • •Strong relationship development and exceptional negotiation skills.
  • •Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); knowledge of purchasing/costing/inventory software/tools is a plus.
