Key Responsibilities

  • •Load and unload trucks with designated raw materials or finished goods.
  • •Transfer and stage raw materials and finished goods for production and storage locations, using FIFO methodology.
  • •Maintain proper housekeeping and T.Q.C. guidelines, including scheduled cleaning of interior and exterior docks.
  • •Generate required reports and pick lists, ensure proper labeling, and complete key transfer sheet transactions via CRT terminal.
  • •Perform physical inventory cycle counts, resolve discrepancies, and report deficiencies that could compromise food safety.
