  • •Maintain scheduling, MEM contracts, inventory, asset management files, and records for audit purposes.
  • •Create, maintain, and validate MEM data in SAP.
  • •Coordinate and monitor equipment pick-ups, placements, and moves using accurate scheduling and records.
  • •Communicate daily with sales, management, MEM, MES, customers, and suppliers to support customer service decisions and routine demands.

Key Requirements

  • •Create, maintain, and validate MEM data in SAP.
  • •Maintain scheduling, MEM contracts, inventory, and asset management files for audit purposes, including equipment movement, asset disposal, and EMO.
  • •Manage daily scheduling needs.
  • •Handle daily communications with sales, management, MEM, MES, customers, customer master, contact center, suppliers, PCNA, and Corporate.
  • •Maintain record keeping and placement of PBV equipment throughout NC; perform varied general administrative functions.
