Customer Care Representative - Comox

Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced hearing care clinic in Comox—supporting clients in person, over the phone, and by email. Schedule appointments, organize clinic records, and manage client accounts while building relationships. Coordinate third-party billing with insurance companies and help with cleanings and minor in-clinic device repairs, with training provided. Monday–Friday business hours, hourly pay, and eligibility for quarterly bonus.
