Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with sophisticated and large clients.
  • •Act as subject matter expert on Property & Casualty and carrier products and services, including negotiation.
  • •Partner with senior leadership and local offices to develop regional client deliverables that meet NFP standards.
  • •Attend renewal and strategy meetings with high-profile or sophisticated clients.
  • •Develop team structure, manage workload/capacity, and ensure appropriate coverage for new clients.
