Job Summary

Support a mixed-age Children’s House classroom (ages 3–6) by observing children, preparing and maintaining a calm, orderly learning environment, and assisting with individualized and small-group activities. Build warm, respectful relationships with children and families while collaborating with Lead Guides and teammates to strengthen classroom community. This role also includes fully sponsored Montessori diploma training and ongoing mentorship to help you grow within the Montessori approach.
